We are rolling into our 2025 schedule as we expand deeper into the Craft Beverage Experiences.

New in 2025 we are adding a 2nd Trip’s INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL Beer Trips program that includes the Brauer Cursus (15-week online courses culminating with 1-week live brewing at Technical University Munich (TUM)) at Weihenstephan Brauerei. Taught in English.

We are offering a diverse Trip’s Beer and Bourbon Trips Schedule, including not only our standard annual tours but adding in August our Belgium Beer Discovery Tour.

  • “Everything about Science and Technology of Brewing”– Includes participation at the TUM Brauer Cursus Weihenstephan, a TUM Certificate Program. Taught in English.
    - 15-week online classes.
    - 1-week live brewing at Weihenstephan Brauerei, Freising Bavaria.
    - Finale Event – Oktoberfest Munich Experience.
